Please note the following guidelines for exchanges and returns:
All items undergo thorough inspection before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If you suspect any fault, please contact us immediately.
- We do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind - only available for faulty or damaged goods.
- We do not facilitate exchanges or refunds for sale items unless they are found to be faulty. In such cases, we offer store vouchers as an alternative solution.
- Exchange/refund requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. They must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in a smoke-free condition. Garments with makeup marks, stains, or odors will not be accepted. (Notes: earrings and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanges)
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a postal service with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
- In-store exchange options are available. Please contact us for confirmation before visiting one of our stores.
